Chelsea winger Nathan is set to sign for Atletico Mineiro of Brazil on a season-long loan, according to reports.
The 22-year-old has yet to make an appearance for the Blues despite joining the Stamford Bridge club in 2015, spending time on loan at Vitesse of the Netherlands, French side Amiens, and Belenenses, in Portugal.
Nathan signed for Chelsea from Atletico Paranaense of Brazil, and he’s set to return to his homeland this summer with UOL reporting that an agreement has already been reached for the former Brazil youth international to join Atletico Mineiro on a temporary basis.
Nathan will spend a year with Atletico, as he was not in new Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri’s plans at Stamford Bridge.
