More than half of the games played in the
Championship at the weekend featured one or more Chelsea-owned player.
Blackburn Rovers v Leeds United had three of the
Premier League side’s players on their benches, as The Times point out.

The Blues are renowned for sending a host of talented players out on loan each year and a small army of their rising stars have again headed out in search of first team experience this season.
Chelsea are often criticised for this approach, but many of the youngsters are flourishing.
Mount, 19, was even called up by Gareth Southgate to train with
England’s senior squad for the recent games against Croatia and Spain.
He has thrived under manager Frank Lampard and said the Chelsea legend is someone he would love to emulate.
“It’s a long season so I’m going to learn so much off him. If I can achieve half of what he has I will be very happy,” he said.
