Ahead of his welterweight fight against Darren Till in September, the UFC has posted the moment Tyron Woodley became the division’s king.
That happened in Atlanta, Georgia when the 36-year-old floored Robbie Lawler at UFC 201 in 2016.
Since then he has seen off Stephen Thompson and Demian Maia to retain the belt, with the Till fight taking place at UFC 228 on 8 September in Texas.
Till, from Liverpool, is undefeated in 18 mixed martial arts fights. “Getting this belt won’t make me content,” he said. “Winning the middleweight belt after this one won’t make me content. The only time you will see me content is when everyone is calling me the greatest fighter of all time.”
